Qiwa training records: what an employer should be able to show

How to organize training evidence for Qiwa-related questions without confusing a training company with the platform or the ministry.
Keep the roles separate
Qiwa is a platform of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Hikma is not Qiwa, is not the ministry, and does not approve Nitaqat or Saudization status. Hikma can help an employer keep training evidence in order and, where a service is agreed, prepare files the employer chooses to submit.
IKTVA is Saudi Aramco’s in-Kingdom value program. Training that supports a local workforce is not the same thing as an IKTVA registration or a score. Ask the program owner which evidence they accept.
A file that answers a reasonable question
For each cohort, keep the course name, dates, delivery location, trainer, participant list, attendance, assessment method, and the exact name of the document issued. Store it so a manager can retrieve it without rebuilding it from email.
