What presses on the club

The season does not wait for the files to catch up. Governance, the budget, contracts, team travel, facility scheduling, and sponsorship land on the same departments in the same weeks. A generic course does not know which file is late in your club.

Why the back office decides the season

Sporting performance depends on people who prepare the decision, keep the record, and know what a choice costs. Developing that capability supports a club that can last. It does not replace the technical staff, or a licence issued by a federation or a licensing authority.

Training specializations

Proposed topics, subject to trainer capability and any external approval that applies. Not every topic is scheduled today, and none is presented as Ministry of Sport accreditation.

Governance, licensing, and a completion record

A club governance assessment measures administrative, financial, and regulatory practice. On 18 September 2025 the Ministry of Sport announced the seventh year of its club-support strategy, covering governance, multi-sport, direct support, attendance, facilities, and digital transformation. That is assessment and support, not a quarterly certificate for every department.

Professional development is training that improves how someone does the job. A Hikma completion record proves attendance and completion only.

A professional sports licence, in a consultation draft titled the sports professional licences and program accreditation regulation, is described as a document issued by the Leaders Preparation Institute after its own conditions and exam. That text is a consultation draft, not a decision we attribute to Hikma. Hikma does not issue that licence and has not published programmatic accreditation from that institute.

Licensing the club itself, in the private sports clubs consultation on the National Competitiveness Center platform, is a ministry licence for the organization plus federation membership, not a course for an employee. Competition licensing, where a federation or a league sets it, stays with that body.

We have not verified a specific mandatory qualification for a club role that Hikma can award. Until a current official document names the role, the authority, the exact requirement, and any validity period, a Hikma course is not offered as a substitute.

How delivery works

  1. 1. A needs analysis of the departments and roles.
  2. 2. Design of an annual path or a specific program.
  3. 3. Delivery at the club, at the institute in Al Khobar, or virtually.
  4. 4. Attendance and completion records, and assessment where it is agreed.

Practical outcomes

  • A governance pack a board can actually read
  • A budget review rhythm the finance team repeats
  • A procurement checklist tied to the club's own steps
  • A travel and match-week administration routine
  • A staff development calendar owned by HR

These are examples of work product, not a promise of a competition place or an assessment score.

Practical questions

Is this a Ministry of Sport professional licence?

No. Hikma has not published an approval as a Ministry of Sport training provider, and these courses are not presented as professional licences. A licence, where one applies, is issued by the responsible authority after its own conditions.

Does club governance assessment require a new certificate every quarter?

No. The Ministry's published club-support strategy describes a governance assessment and performance-linked support. It does not say that every department must earn a new certificate each quarter. The seasonal plan on this page is a Hikma planning model.

Are the football courses coaching licences?

No. They cover administration and operations. Coaching, technical instruction, and federation qualifications stay with the body that awards them.

What does a Hikma certificate mean?

It records attendance and completion of the agreed course. It does not replace a professional licence, a federation award, or an independent assessment.

Can we train one department only?

Yes. A club can start with one department or commission an annual plan across several.

Where is the training delivered?

At the club, at Hikma Institute in Al Khobar, or virtually, when the topic and the dates allow it. Other Saudi cities are delivery locations, not extra offices.

Does safety training licence security or medical staff?

No. Facility and event topics here are awareness. Licensed security, medical practice, and civil-defence work require their own authorities.

What do you need to start?

The club name, the departments, the approximate headcount, the city, and a contact who owns the plan. A proposal follows if Hikma can deliver the topics.
